Welcome to the Tennessee Law Institute's
ONLINE CLE website.

This year, we have prepared two courses totaling three hours
Ethics or General CLE credit we think you will enjoy.

Course One: Ethics and Professionalism 2013
2 hours credit Ethics or General
Cost is $110.

The first course is a two hour discussion of professional Ethics covering Client and Lawyer relationships, Transactions, Maintaining the Integrity of the Profession, and more. Presented by Sarah Sheppeard and Lucian Pera.

Course Two: TLI Ethics Hypotheticals 2013
1 hour credit Ethics or General
Cost is $55

Recorded at our live seminar, this presentation features Lucian Pera and Sarah Sheppeard arguing both sides of several ethical dilemmas. Audience members were polled and results were monitored in real time.

Hypothetical and ethical ramifications are further explored.
We have had great reviews on this program and believe you will enjoy it!

Our programs this year are in streaming audio format recorded at our live seminars earlier in the year. If you can play the audio demo below, you can play our courses. Slow speed connections may experience some buffering.

To begin,  select a course from the Courses page

From there, you will be directed to Paypal. PayPal is one of the safest, most widely accepted ways to pay for your purchases on the Internet. It lets you use funds from either your bank account or credit card, and you can use it with confidence. Your transactions are protected by PayPal's sophisticated fraud prevention system. Paypal will return you to the page where the course will play and text materials are provided in pdf format.

After playing the streaming media, fill out and submit the quiz to record your credit. You must submit the quiz to receive credit.

Once we have received the quiz, you will receive an email verifying your credit.

And that's it!
