Two: TLI Ethics 2014
An interactive discussion, based on a real case, Maples v. Thomas, 565 U.S. ___, 132 S. Ct. 912, 181 L. Ed. 2d 807 (2012), concerning ethics and loss prevention issues arising from lawyer mistakes, departures from law firms, and conflicts of interest arising from litigating issues arising from your own prior work as a lawyer. TLI Ethics lecturers Sarah Sheppeard and Lucian Pera are joined for this discussion by TLI lecturer and criminal law expert Wade Davies for this program.
